Justice [N273-N329]
Mitzvah N273: Leviticus 19:15 - A Judge is not to commit unrighteousness
v.15 “Ye shall do no unrighteousness in Judgment; thou shalt not respect the person of (the) poor, nor (shalt thou) favor the person of (the) mighty; (but) in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbor.”

A judge is not to commit unrighteousness (N273):
Yahushua our Messiah the true Judge is to know all the works of unrighteousness separated from all the works of righteousness that are sanctified in His servants of holiness in serving Him in His Kingdom of perfection/ righteousness.  He never knows any work of unrighteousness as He commands all the works of imperfection be perished and all the works of perfection be saved in His Kingdom of eternity.

Mitzvah N274: Exodus 23:8 - A Judge is not to accept bribes/gifts from litigants
v.8 “And a bribe thou shalt not take, for the bribe blindeth (them) that have sight, and perverteth the words of the righteous.”

Bribery:
Prov. 17:23 "A wicked man receives a bribe from the bosom to pervert the ways of justice."; Isa. 1:23 "Your rulers are rebels And companions of thieves; Everyone loves a bribe and chases after rewards. They do not defend the orphan, nor does the widows plea come before them."; 5:23 "Who justify the wicked for a bribe, and take away the rights of the ones who are in the right! "; Am. 5:12 "For I know your transgressions are many and your sins are great, you who distress the righteous and accept bribes and turn aside the poor in the gate."
Mark 14:11 "They were glad when they heard this, and promised to give him money. And he began seeking how to betray Him at an opportune time."; Acts 8:18 "Now when Simon saw that the Spirit was bestowed through the laying on of the apostles' hands, he offered them money"
The bribery is the work of greediness (monies) to promote the kingdom of mortality (lawlessness).  We, the Spirit filled, do the work of honesty to rebuke the spirit of dishonesty (opposition) such as greediness.

A bribe thou shalt not take:
No work of greediness (bribery) shall be seen among His children of honesty, for the work of greediness is to blind the mortal minded from all the works of honesty.  Let us throw all the work of greediness out of our repentant hearts in order to do His work of honesty.

For the bribe blindeth them that have sight:
The bribery blinds the children of dishonesty from the sight of honesty because the separation between the opposing kingdoms.  The bribery is work of lawlessness (greediness/darkness) turn the mortal minded away from the Word of Light (honesty).

They that perverted the words of the righteous:
Those who seek the words of greediness (bribery) to promote the kingdom of wickedness (lawlessness) are far away from the words of righteousness.  The words of His righteousness are written in the repentant hearts that refrain all the works of lawlessness.  We, the Spirit filled, pervert the words of greediness (bribery) on the things of materialism.

A judge is not to accept bribes/gifts from litigants (N274):
There is nothing bribed in the Kingdom of honesty, for Yahushua our Messiah the true judge separates between the works of dishonesty (bribery/greediness) and the works of honesty.  All the mortals must repent from the kingdom of dishonesty when coming to His Kingdom of honesty (immortality), for His Law of purity keeps us separated from all the works of lawlessness.

Mitzvah N275: Leviticus 19:15 - A Judge is not to favor (be partial to) a litigant
v.15 “Ye shall do no unrighteousness in Judgment; thou shalt not respect the person of (the) poor, nor (shalt thou) favor the person of (the) mighty; (but) in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbor.”

A judge is not to favor (be partial to) a litigant (N275):
Acts 10:34-35 "Opening his mouth, Kepha said: “I most certainly understand now that Elohim is not one to show partiality, but in every nation the man who fears Him and does what is right is welcome to Him."
Yahushua the Messiah the true Judge has no favoritism or partiality in the fleshly minded who do the works of lawlessness, but in the Spirit filled who are sanctified to separate from the kingdom of partiality (fleshly favoritism) for His own people who do His works of perfection.  We are all commanded to repent from the works of partiality (mixed with goodness and evilness) or favoritism (glories of mortals upon the traditions).

Mitzvah N276: Deuteronomy 1:17 - Judge not avoid justice being in fear of wicked person
v.17 “Ye shall not respect persons in judgment; the small and the great alike ye shall hear; ye shall not be afraid of the face of any man; for the judgment is Elohim’s; and the cause that is too hard for you ye shall bring unto me, and I will hear it.”

Ye shall not respect persons in judgment:
There is only one respect in His divine judgment knowing the works of opposition in the mortal hearts, so there is no respect in all the mortal judgments.  The mortal judgments seen are modified (not satisfied) in the sight of mortals where there are many mortal laws not agreeable with His Law of purity.  Many fleshly judges do not know the true meaning of immortal Law that is only recognized between the opposed works among the mortals who do not always tell the things of honesty.

The small and the great:
The measurement of smallness is valued as to the things of smallness to examine and the measurement of greatness is valued as to the things of greatness, where the works of fairness (honesty) are judged in His sight.  Many fleshly minded do the measurements of unfairness (dishonesty) as to advantage over those who are of the things of smallness (weakness) by their greatness (strengths).  We, the Spirit filled, do the things of smallness first in our spiritual lives as to begin with His mustard seed (Word of Light) and shall come to the harvest time (production of our greatness in Messiah (Tree of Life).

The small and the great alike ye shall hear:
YHWH shall hear both of the things of smallness at the beginning of our spiritual lives and the things of greatness at the end, for He is faithful in the things of smallness in us when we seek Him for the spiritual food where we come to His Kingdom of greatness.  We, the Spirit filled, hear the things of smallness out of His mustard seed (Word of Light) out of His Kingdom of greatness (Tree of Life).

Face of man:
The face of mortal man is expressed in the feelings of mortality (hatred, selfishness, sadness, frustrated, madness, meanness, jealous, dangerous) that are dominated in the fleshly powers (kingdom of lawless- ness/imperfection).  The face of immortal man (Spirit filled) has the expressions of our Elohim in the feelings of immortality (love, kindness, meekness, gentleness, merciful) that are dominated in the Kingdom of perfection.

Fear of man:
The example of Shaul’s foolishness in 1 Sam 15:24 “..I have sinned: for I have transgressed the commandment of YHWH, and thy words: because I feared the people, and obeyed their voice.”
Prov. 29:25 “the fear of man brings a snare, but he who trust in YHWH will be exalted.”; Is 51: 12-13 “...Who are you that you are afraid of man who dies...”. Do not submit yourself to the fear of men who use the words of guile or deceit trying to control your lives or trap you into the slavery of their worldly powers.  Beware of false prophets or priests (Matt. 7:15; 24:11) for they teach the traditions of men, not commandments of Elohim.
Matt 10:28 “And do not fear those who kill the body, but are unable to kill the soul; but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell”.
John 7:13 "Yet no one was speaking openly of Him for fear of the Jews."; 12:42 "Nevertheless many even of the rulers believed in Him, but because of the Pharisees they were not confessing Him, for fear that they would be put out of the synagogue"; Gal. 2:12 "For prior to the coming of certain men from James, he used to eat with the Gentiles; but when they came, he began to withdraw and hold himself aloof, fearing the party of the circumcision."
1 Cor. 1:25 “..the foolishness of Elohim is wiser than men, and the weakness of Elohim is stronger than men.”   2:3-5 “I was with you in weakness and in fear and in much trembling....your faith should not rest on the wisdom of men, but on the power of Elohim.  15:42-44 “...it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power...”; 2 Cor. 12:9 “...My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness...”; 13:3-10 speaks of the word of encouragement for the weak to stay faith in YHWH and to examine yourselves pure in your heart.
The fear of man is the worker of mortality/lawlessness dominated in the kingdom of fearfulness (weakness).  The fear of Him is the worker of immortality/holiness dominated in the Kingdom of faithfulness (strengths).

Ye shall not be afraid of the face of any man:
Matt. 10:28 “Do not fear those who kill the body but are unable to kill the soul; but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell."
No Spirit filled (servant of His immortality) shall put any fear of the mortal man who expresses the lawless feeling (hatred, dangerous, impatience, sadness, madness) in the kingdom of imperfection, but has shown his faithfulness in the works of His perfection that prevails over all the works of lawlessness (mortality).  All the mortal things fail at the end while all the immortal things never fail.

Elohim a Judge:
Gen. 18:25 "Far be it from You to do such a thing, to slay the righteous with the wicked, so that the righteous and the wicked are treated alike. Far be it from You! Shall not the Judge of all the earth deal justly?"; Ps. 58:11 "And men will say, Surely there is a  reward for the righteous; Surely there is a Elohim who judges on earth!"; 96:13 "; Ecc. 3:17 "I said to myself, Elohim will judge both the righteous man and the wicked man, for a time for every matter and for every deed is there."
Heb. 12:23 "to the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are enrolled in heaven, and to Elohim, the Judge of all, and to the spirits of the righteous made perfect"
YHWH our El is a pure Judge knowing the works of opposition as to separate the works of lawlessness into the kingdom of wickedness from the works of His Law of Life into His Kingdom of righteousness.

Wheat and Tares:
Matt. 13:27-30 “The slaves of the landowner came and said to him, Sir, did you not sow good seed in your field? How then does it have tares?  And he said to them, An enemy has done this! The slaves said to him, Do you want us, then, to go and gather them up?  But he said, No; for while you are gathering up the tares, you may uproot the wheat with them.  Allow both to grow together until the harvest; and in the time of the harvest I will say to the reapers, First gather up the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them up; but gather the wheat into my barn."; Rom. 7:22-24 "For I joyfully concur with the law of Elohim in the inner man, but I see a different law in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin which is in my members.  Wretched man that I am! Who will set me free from the body of this death?"; 1 Cor. 3:13-15 "each man's work will become evident; for the day will show it because it is to be revealed with fire, and the fire itself will test the quality of each man's work.  If any man's work which he has built on it remains, he will receive a reward.  If any man's work is burned up, he will suffer loss; but he himself will be saved, yet so as through fire."
The wheat (works of goodness) and the tares (works of evilness) are in every mortal heart (field) while in the trials of being tested of obedience to His Law of Life written in them.  The end of flesh (mortal death) is the time of harvest to throw the works of lawlessness (tares) into the lake of fire and to save the works of His spiritual Law (wheat).  Likewise with His crucifixion, His left hand points to our mortal life (the goats [Matt. 25:32-33]) illuminating the works of lawlessness (law of death) and His right hand points to our spiritual life (His sheep) illuminating the works of His Law of Life.
Every one is likened His seed of wheat is planted in the womb of darkness/mortality (autumn) and is awakened to His Light in the season of His warmth (Passover) and grows to the full maturity of His Light before His harvest time.  His wheat (Seed/Word of Life) is sown in the sanctified heart.  The tares (seeds/words of lawlessness) are also sown by Satan to examine our obedience to His Law of Life till the ends of fleshly ages (His harvest time).  The tares (fleshly bodies) are removed by Satan that comes out of the abyss (under our feet) at the ends of fleshly ages and the wheat (spiritual bodies) are harvested to His barn (Kingdom of Life).

The judgment is Elohim’s:
The only one (righteous) judgment is our El's dominion to correct (rebuke) what (works of lawlessness) is opposed to His Law of Life, while renewing our spiritual lives to learn more about His Kingdom of purity (immortality).  No mortal man can dominate the righteous judgment upon the wrongdoing except with His sanctification in the repentant heart knowing the works of opposition to separate like Shelomoh (Solomon) judged two women claiming the baby, for his understanding about the worker of lying (woman of dishonesty/pride) belonging to the kingdom of death (dead baby) and the worker of truth (woman of honesty/meekness) belonging to the Kingdom of Life (live baby).

The cause that is too hard for you ye shall bring unto me:
Exodus   18:26 speaks of judging the people on both of hard cases and small matters.  Do not be alterated by men’s thoughts or threatening angers toward you as you keep your faithfulness in the Law of YHWH fully.  Mark 13:9-13 speaking of being on your guard against the false justice, while being tested of your faithfulness.  v13 “you shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake but he that shall endureth unto the end, the same shall be saved.”
The cause (solution) is at the level of our spiritual knowledge (maturity) given to us to overcome the work of wickedness.  The cause (solution) of easiness (smallness) is at the beginning of our spiritual growth with His mustard seed (Word of Life) planted in our repentant hearts.  The cause of hardness (greatness) is the highest (end) of our spiritual maturity (eldership) is communicated to us by YHWH our El in our prayers and mediation with all our spiritual understandings in His Law of Life.

I will hear it:
As YHWH hears any cause (solution) while being tested in our spiritual lives, His Spirit of Life communicates to us in our sanctified heart (temple).  He listens to what we seeks of His Kingdom of Life and speaks to us thru His Spirit of Life dwelling in us.

Judge not avoid justice being in fear of wicked person (N276):
Matt. 10:28 “Do not fear those who kill the body but are unable to kill the soul; but rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell."
There is no fear of any wicked work overcoming the true judgment of what is written of His Law of Life in the repentant heart, for His Law of purity is tested against all the works of lawlessness to overcome without failing.  The Spirit filled has no fear in the works of wickedness except for His works of righteousness, but the fleshly minded does his fear in the works of wickedness.

Mitzvah N277: Leviticus 19:15 - A Judge not to decide in favor of poor man, out of pity [rather]: Exodus23:3
Lev. 19 v.15 “Ye shall do no unrighteousness in Judgment; thou shalt not respect the person of (the) poor, nor (shalt thou) favor the person of (the) mighty; (but) in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbor.”
Ex. 23 v.3 “and a poor man thou shalt not favor in his cause.”

A judge not to decide in favor of poor man, out of pity (N277):
There is no poorness (weakness) in His Kingdom of richness (stronghold), therefore nothing poor (fleshly minded) that does the work of poorness (partiality) that is against His Law of honesty.  We were the children of poorness (spiritual poverty) but now we are His spiritual richness thru our work in Messiah.  No pity is done for the poor (the fleshly minded) who does not give heart change for the spiritual life out of His Kingdom of richness.

Mitzvah N278: Exodus 23:6 - A Judge is not to discriminate against the wicked
v.6 “Thou shalt not wrest the judgment of thy poor in his case.”

Thou shalt not wrest the judgment of thy poor in his case:
There is nothing to wrest (modify) the true judgment of the poor (fleshly minded) that does the work of partiality (weakness) that is against His Law of Life, since there is no poorness (weakness) in His Kingdom of richness, for His Law of Life has been tested against all the works of lawlessness (poorness) that are performed by the mortals.

A judge is not to discriminate against the wicked (N278):
A true judge (Yahushua the Messiah) is the pure worker to separate the works of wickedness from His works of righteousness among the Spirit filled at the fleshly expiration.  There is no partiality saved for the wickedness in His Kingdom of purity, but to purify all the works of wickedness out of the repentant hearts in order to receive His Word of purity.  We, the Spirit filled, do what His Spirit of Life commands us to overcome all the works of death/dishonesty (lawlessness) by His Word of Life/honesty.

Mitzvah N279: Deuteronomy 19:13 - Judge not to pity one who killed or caused loss of limb
v.13 “Thine eye shall not pity him, but thou shalt put away the blood of the innocent from Yisrael, that it may go well with thee.”

The innocent:
The innocence is the work of freedom as to oppose the guiltiness (work of slavery).  The Spirit filled is His children of innocence that do the works of perfection out of His Kingdom of Life, for our repentant hearts are purified from the works of guiltiness (lawlessness).

Thou shalt put away the blood of the innocent from Yisrael:
John 1:29 "The next day he saw Yahushua coming to him and said, Behold, the Lamb of Elohim who takes away the sin of the world!"
Yahushua our Messiah died for our sins (works of lawlessness) so His blood of innocence has put away all our works of guiltiness (lawlessness), so we become His servants of Yisrael.  His Law of Life takes away the sin (lawlessness) of death where our heart change (world) is.

Judge not to pity one who killed or caused loss of limb (N279):
Judge not to pity (forgive not without repentance) the fleshly minded who has no heart change, for his work of hatred that motivates the killing (guiltiness) which is opposed to His Law of Life, to love our neighbor (innocence).  Forgive those who do not know what to do is to wait until the door open (heart change) to repent out of the works of unforgiveness (lawlessness).

Mitzvah N280: Deuteronomy 24:17 - A Judge not perverting justice due strangers or orphans
v.17 “Thou shalt not pervert the justice due to the stranger, (or) to the fatherless, nor take to pledge the raiment of a widow.”

A judge not perverting justice due strangers or orphans (N280):
There is nothing to pervert (mislead) us, His sanctified servants) from His Kingdom of Life (nothing taken out of His right hand) by any work of strangeness (lawlessness) or orphan (work of forsakenness/fleshly neglect), for we are sanctified to separate from the kingdom of lawlessness (mortality).

Mitzvah N281: Exodus 23:1 - Judge not to hear one litigant in absence of the other
v.1 “Thou shalt not utter a false report; put not thy hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness.”

False report:
The false report is the delight to the fleshly minded knowing more about the falsehood, while we, the Spirit filled, refrain what is false that is against His Law of truth.  Many false reports can be found among the children of falsehood that love more than the truths, for to them, the truths are bored to seek, but with their mortal knowledge mixed with good and evil, the falsehood is more excited in them.  Like they are fascinated in the fleshly incidents/negativity in exaggerating their make-up stories (false reports) in building fear in the eyes of fleshly minded.

Thou shalt not utter a false report:
No Spirit filled shall utter (speak) any false report upon the fleshly things seen, but only truths out of His teachings of Light.  Many fleshly minded love gossips (false reports) when hearing the things of negativity like the cases of cheating or stealing that promotes the kingdom of lawlessness.  We, the Spirit filled, refrain all false reports that are built upon the works of falsehood out of the mortality (lawlessness), but only listen to His report of truths which bring us much joy.

The wicked:
The wicked is known as the worker of opposition as to what is commanded of His Law of righteousness.  The wicked does the works of abomination/lawlessness (corruption) as opposed to what the righteous does the works of holiness (incorruption).

Unrighteous witness:
The witness out of the kingdom of unrighteousness is the doer of lawlessness (mortality) that shall not be associated with the witness out of the Kingdom of righteousness that does what is commanded of His Law of honesty.  The unrighteous witness does the works of lying, cheating, deceit.

Put not thy hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness:
There is no witness of wickedness out of the Kingdom of truths (righteousness).  Our righteous witness is His Word of Life that is performed by His Spirit of Life and is witnessed by our heavenly Father in the pleasure of our spiritual works of goodness.  The fleshly minded has many wicked witnesses out of the kingdom of lawlessness unless he repents out of the kingdom of wickedness.

Judge not to hear one litigant in absence of the other (N281):
Matt. 18:16 “But if he does not listen to you, take one or two more with you, so that by the mouth of two or three witnesses every fact may be confirmed."; 1 Tim. 5:19 "Do not receive an accusation against an elder except on the basis of two or three witnesses."
Two or more witnesses give the truths of all the facts collected that is agreeable confirmed over one witness (litigant/ fleshly minded) that built his own facts.  One word of lawlessness (witness) cannot be agreed from the beginning to the end when its performance (witness) fails.  One Word of truth (witness) can be agreed from the beginning to the end when its performance (witness) succeeds.

Mitzvah N282: Exodus 23:2 - Court may not convict by majority of 1 in capital case
v.2 “Thou shalt not follow a multitude to do evil; neither shalt thou bear witness in a cause to turn aside after a multitude to pervert (justice).”

Court may not convict by majority of 1 in capital case (N282):
1 Tim. 5:19 "Do not receive an accusation against an elder except on the basis of two or three witnesses."
What the fleshly minded does speak the words of accusation (witness) without eyewitnesses cannot be convicted (confirmed) in any mortal case.  Our Word of Life is our one witness of immortality/purity as we have seen His salvation in us where we are all His witnesses speaking to all the lost sheep about His truths.  John 1:7 "He came as a witness, to testify about the Light, so that all might believe through him."  He is only one mustard seed (witness) planted in our sanctified hearts to listen His Law of truths as He is the Word of Life and we are the performers of His witness to fulfill all.

Mitzvah N283: Exodus 23:2 - Judge accept not colleague's opinion, unless sure right
v.2 “Thou shalt not follow a multitude to do evil; neither shalt thou bear witness in a cause to turn aside after a multitude to pervert (justice).”

Judge accept not colleague’s opinion, unless sure right (N283):
All mortal opinions are the works of assumption without witnesses until all the evidences (eyewitnesses) must be performed where there are more than two witnesses to confirm.  The word spoken and the act of what is said must be witnessed agreeably.

Mitzvah N284: Deuteronomy 1:17 - Not appointing an unlearned judge ignorant of the Torah
v.17 “Ye shall not respect persons in judgment; the small and the great alike ye shall hear; ye shall not be afraid of the face of any man; for the judgment is Elohim’s; and the cause that is too hard for you ye shall bring unto me, and I will hear it.”

Not appointing an unlearned judge ignorant of the Torah (N284):
The unlearned is the fleshly minded who does not know the Law of Life as to separate the things of opposition such as Truth vs. falsehood.  The learned is His appointed servant that is sanctified to separate from the kingdom of Life knows about His Law of Life (Torah) that teaches two opposing things as to distinguish what is right and what is wrong.  The ignorant will mislead the fleshly minded against His Law of Life while the wise leads us to His path of Life.

Mitzvah N285: Exodus 20:13 - Not bearing false witness
v.13 “Thou shalt not kill.  Thou shalt not commit adultery.  Thou shalt not steal.  Thou shalt not witness against thy neighbor (as) a false witness.”

Not bearing false witness (N285):
There is nothing false to bear against His Kingdom of purity in our sanctified hearts that are separated from all the works of falsehood, for we know His Law of Life about the opposing things (Truth vs. falsehood).

Mitzvah N286: Exodus 23:1 - A Judge is not to receive a wicked man's testimony
v.1 “Thou shalt not utter a false report; put not thy hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness.”

A Judge is not to receive a wicked man’s testimony (N286):
The testimony of the fleshly minded must be examined of the works of opposition with the eyewitnesses of truths.  The lone testimony cannot be confirmed without the examination of all the evidences collected within the case from the beginning to the end (conclusion) in making a determination to close.  The words of wickedness are never agreed with the act of wickedness, for the dark words are hidden from knowing the truths of the case.

Mitzvah N287: Deuteronomy 24:16 - A Judge receive not testimony from litigant's relatives
v.16 “The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers; every man shall be put to death for his own sin.”

Personal Responsibility:
Job 19:4 "Even if I have truly erred, My error lodges with me."; Prov. 9:12 "If you are wise, you are wise for yourself, And if you scoff, you alone will bear it. "; Jer. 31:30 "But everyone will die for his own iniquity; each man who eats the sour grapes, his teeth will be set on edge."; Eze. 18:20 "The person who sins will die. The son will not bear the punishment for the fathers iniquity, nor will the father bear the punishment for the sons iniquity; the righteousness of the righteous will be upon himself, and the wickedness of the wicked will be upon himself."
Rom. 14:4 "Who are you to judge the servant of another? To his own master he stands or falls; and he will stand, for haAdon is able to make him stand."; Gal. 6:5 "For each one will bear his own load."
Every mortal (fleshly) minded has his personal responsibility to do what is given to him His gift of Life as every one has different gift (talent) of love planted in his/her heart to build the production of Life that is pleased in His sight.  Our personal responsibility is to know the difference between the opposing works as to correct what is evil/wrong and to increase what is good.

The father shall not be put to death for the children:
The father is illuminated the word, the mother is illuminated the spirit (act), and the child is illuminated as the performance (production) out what is sown (the word/seed).  What the word of lawlessness is spoken in the work of death (mortality) is responsible from the beginning of the mouth speaking, like if the word of foolishness is spoken the person who speaks it is the one responsible for his wrongdoing, not the act (performance) itself.  The leader of foolishness can turn all others who do the words of his master into the way of foolishness therefore the leader is responsibility for his words of foolishness.  The death of spirit (act) is performed according to the word of death (lawlessness) spoken in the mouth.

Neither shall the children be put to death for the father:
The child is illuminated as the production out of what is sown (father/seed/word spoken) with the act/spirit (the mother).  The child (production) is not the work of guiltiness itself but what is sown in the father (word spoken) brings the act/spirit (mother) in creating the children (production of mortality).  What is begin with the word spoken is responsible for his acceptance of wrongdoing if guiltiness found.  We, the Spirit filled, are His children of Life, beginning with His Word of Life given by our heavenly Father and His Spirit of Life to act (perform) our spiritual works.

Every man shall be put to death for his own sin:
1 Cor. 3:13-15 "each man's work will become evident; for the day will show it because it is to be revealed with fire, and the fire itself will test the quality of each man's work.  If any man's work which he has built on it remains, he will receive a reward.  If any man's work is burned up, he will suffer loss; but he himself will be saved, yet so as through fire."
Every mortal mouth is responsible for every evil deed (word of lawlessness) spoken out that must be performed worth of death, but every sanctified mouth out of the Word of purity in the repentant heart  is responsible for every good deed that bring the good production for His Kingdom of goodness.  Every one loses what is lawless and wins what is lawfully in His Law of Life.

A Judge receive not testimony from litigant‘s relatives (N287):
No relatives (the believers developed) in the testimony of accuser (litigant) shall be used in testimonies of mortality (lawlessness), for all the works of lawlessness (opposition) are promoted to their beliefs and supports with the accuser.  Yahushua our Messiah the true Judge is the example for us to know the works of opposition to separate before we see what is good and what is evil.  We, the Spirit filled, cannot use any testimony of mortality (lawlessness) out of the kingdom of falsehood (deceit), but only use His testimony of all truths working against the works of falsehood.

Mitzvah N288: Deuteronomy 19:15 - Not convicting on the testimony of a single witness
v.15 “One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth: at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall a matter be established.”

One witness:
One witness of mortality (evilness) cannot convince what is good to turn into what is evil.  Two witnesses or more mixed with good and evil can be examined whether there are the truths or falsehood found in any case.  Yahushua the Messiah (the Word of Life) is one true witness given to us from our heavenly Father (witness of holiness) in believing His act (Spirit) of Life, for there are three witnesses (Father, Word, and Spirit) in His name.

One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity:
One witness of mortality cannot rise up against the man or mortality for any iniquity of mortality, for all are from the kingdom of mortality (lawlessness).  One witness of immortality (Yahushua the Messiah/Word of purity) can deliver the repentant one out of the kingdom of iniquity upon the forgiveness of the mortal sins.  No mortal can escape from his iniquity of mortality, for He is our witness seeing all the works of lawlessness in the mortal hearts unless he repents out of the prison (kingdom) of lawlessness.

In any sin that he sinneth:
All mortals sin in what he performs out of the words of lawlessness in their unsanctified hearts, unless they repent out of the kingdom of lawlessness.  We come out of the Adamic (fleshly) bloodline first because of the law breaking at the beginning of Adamic era upon our repentance to His pure bloodline Life to freed us from all the works of slavery.

Two witnesses:
Two witnesses (father/word and mother/spirit/act) are in one agreement of creating the production out of what is sown (said).  Yahushua the Messiah said "the heavenly Father and I  (two witnesses) are one" in what it means what is said at the beginning must be performed perfectly what is performed at the end.

Three witnesses:
Where there are two witnesses (father/word/seed and mother/act/spirit) come in one agreement, the third witness (child) comes out of what is said and what is performed.  There are three witnesses coming in His name of holiness (Father, Son/Word of Life, Spirit of Life).

At the mouth of two witnesses:
What is said from the first witness (father/word/seed) is witnessed by the hearer (second witness) (mother/act/spirit) as to whether it is accepted to perform what is said or not.

At the mouth of three witnesses:
Where there are two witnesses (father/word/seed and mother/spirit/act) are in one agreement on what is said at the beginning shall bring the third witness in the child (production) out of what is said in the end.  Three witnesses are father, mother, and child from what is said at the beginning to bring forth the production (result) at the end.  Three witnesses in His name of holiness are our Father our one El, His Word of Life (Son) and His Spirit/act of Life out of His mouth commanding us to obey His Law of Life and perform it perfectly.

Shall a matter be established:
Where there are witnesses of truths revealed, there is a honest matter (case/teaching) established to satisfy our spiritual understanding about His Kingdom of truths.  The witnesses are the works of truths to separate between the opposing things (Truth vs. falsehood) that determines the final case to reveal what is evil/wrong and what is good.

Not convicting on the testimony of a single witness (N288):
No single witness of mortality can defend itself from denying the wrongdoing.  Every knowledge of mortality have two witnesses (goodness and evilness) to battle against each other.  To convict the true testimony must have at least two witness (word and spirit) is to examine what is performed (spirit/act) according to what is said (word spoken).

Mitzvah N289: Exodus 20:13 - Not murdering a human being
v.13 “Thou shall not kill.  Thou shalt not commit adultery.  Thou shalt not steal.  Thou shalt not witness against thy neighbor (as) a false witness.”

Not murdering a human being (N289):
1 John 3:15 "Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer; and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him."
The murder is grown out of the work of hatred/despair that develops at the beginning of sowing the seed of hatred in the unsanctified heart/mind as to rid the work of hatred out of the heart.  Even if the fleshly minded hates his brother and does not murder him, he is guilty of murder like the love leaves out of the heart by the hatred to the kingdom of death (No love means no life).

Mitzvah N290: Exodus 23:7 - No conviction based on circumstantial evidence alone
v.7 “From a false matter thou shalt keep thee far; and the innocent and the righteous slay thou not; for I will not justify the wicked.”

Keep Thyself:
Deut. 4:9 "Only give heed to yourself and keep your soul diligently, so that you do not forget the things which your eyes have seen and they do not depart from your heart all the days of your life; but make them known to your sons and your grandsons."; 23:9 "When you go out as an army against your enemies, you shall keep yourself from every evil thing."; Prov. 4:23 "Watch over your heart with all diligence, For from it flow the springs of life."
Acts 15:29 "that you abstain from things sacrificed to idols and from blood and from things strangled and from fornication; if you keep yourselves free from such things, you will do well. Farewell."; 1 Tim. 5:22 "Do not lay hands upon anyone too hastily and thereby share responsibility for the sins of others; keep yourself free from sin."; Jam. 1:27 "Pure and undefiled religion in the sight of our Eloheynu and Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself unstained by the world."; 1 John 5:21 "Little children, guard yourselves from idols. "; Jude 21"keep yourselves in the love of Elohim, waiting anxiously for the mercy of our Adoneynu  Yahushua haMashiyach to eternal life."
Keeping yourself from falling in the traps of mortality (lawlessness is the time of testing your obedience to His Law of Life by the works of opposition challenged against you as to see if you are faithful in His Kingdom of purity.  To keep ourselves in the association of those who do the works of Life is to build us into the level of our spiritual maturity in Messiah, otherwise we would be choked to the worldly care.

False matter:
The false matter (writing) is developed thru the mortal knowledge mixed with goodness and evilness.  Many fleshly minded that are not sanctified because of no heart change are subjected to building the knowledge of falsehood, where the words of evilness prevail over the words of goodness.  We, the Spirit filled, refrain all the works of falsehood and start with His Word of truth to build our knowledge of goodness by seeking the good things out of His Kingdom of truths only to overcome the works of evilness.

From a false matter thou shalt keep thee far:
We, the Spirit filled, are not associated with those who do their mixed words out of their mortal knowledge that builds a false matter to promote the kingdom of mortality (lawlessness), therefore we, the Spirit filled, keep all the works of falsehood apart from us, for we seek the words of truth out of His Kingdom of Life.

The righteous:
The righteous is sanctified by His Word of purity upon his repentance out of the kingdom of wickedness.  The righteous only receives the words of wisdom from the Kingdom of Light, while the wicked only receives the words of foolishness from the kingdom of darkness.

The innocent and the righteous slay thou not:
The work of innocence and the work of righteousness are not the works of corruption (death), but they are the works of eternity given to His people to live.  The slaughter (work of death) is only for the works of guiltiness and wickedness that do the opposition against His Kingdom of Life.

Divine Justice:
Ps. 103:6 "YHWH performs righteous deeds And judgments for all who are oppressed."; Zeph. 3:5 "YHWH is righteous within her; He will do no injustice. Every morning He brings His justice to light; He does not fail. But the unjust knows no shame."
John 5:30 "I can do nothing on My own initiative. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is just, because I do not seek My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me."; Rom. 2:2 "And we know that the judgment of Elohim rightly falls upon those who practice such things."
His divine justice is upon those who do the works of opposition as to wake their eyes out of the kingdom of blindness (stumbling block) to restore back to His Kingdom of Light, and also it is upon those who do the works of stubbornness (hard-hearted) in the multiplication of His punishment if no heart change (repentance).

For I will not justify the wicked:
YHWH cannot do the justification upon those who do the works of wickedness (opposition) that are against His Law of Life, unless they repent out of the kingdom of opposition then YHWH can do His sanctification to restore them back to His Kingdom of justification (validation).

No conviction based on circumstantial evidence alone (N290):
There is no conviction (mortal proof) based on one evidence (witness) that comes out of the kingdom of lawlessness, for we know alone one evidence of wickedness cannot be proved without an evidence (witness) of righteousness, like we cannot see the things of darkness unless with His Light.  We cannot be sanctified unless we are separated from the opposing kingdom to be His witnesses of Light that can see the works of opposition (darkness).

Mitzvah N291: Numbers 35:30 - A witness must not sit as a Judge in capital cases
v.30 “Whosoever killeth any person, at the mouth of witnesses shall be slain the murderer; but one witness shall not testify against any person that he die.”

Whosoever killeth any person:
1 John 3:15 "Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer; and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him."
The work of killing (murder) is developed at the beginning with the word of hatred as to rid the spirit of hatred in the heart.  To kill (hate) the person (worker of hatred) is the cycle of hatred, but to repent out of the cycle of hatred is to restore back to His Kingdom of love.  We, the Spirit filled, hate the works of opposition as we rebuke the spirits of opposition (lawlessness), but we love our neighbors as well as our enemies (workers of blindness) prayerfully in hope of their repentance (wake) out of the kingdom of lawlessness (mortality).

At the mouth of witnesses shall be slain the murderer:
We were the murderers (haters of truth) according to the kingdom of lawlessness built by the father of lies (Satan).  We put all our works of hatred on the hands of Yahushua our Messiah that died for us upon our repentance and we are now His witnesses to all who are the fleshly murders (doers) of the works of wickedness, for we share our spiritual lives in Messiah teaching all to know the works of opposition (murder) that are against our true Witness in purity (honesty).

One witness shall not testify against any person that he die:
Deut. 17:6 “On the evidence of two wintesses or three witness, he who is to die shall be put to death; he shall not be put to death on the evidence of one witness.”  One witness (self-righteous, self-defense) is isolated from all others while two or more witness are in the unity in examining the works of honesty in the heart.  Beware of many false witnesses against the chosen ones of YHWH.
Matt. 18:15-20 speaks of discipline and prayer among two or more witnesses guarding against the fleshly powers that are opposition to the works of honesty.  It is similar to 2 Corinthians 13:1-10 which speaks of our spiritual examination approved to YHWH where there is the unity of love in the Body of Messiah.  Isa. 49:8-13... “You are My witnesses,” declares YHWH....Yisrael is Elohim’s Witness. 1 Thes 2:10-12.

A witness must not sit as a Judge in capital cases (N291):
Yahushua our Messiah is our true Witness of our heavenly Father who gives His authorization (powers) to judge the works of opposition as to rebuke the spirits of opposition.  Yahushua does not do Himself alone but with His Father like the Word of Life (what is said) and the Spirit of Life (what is performed) are His two witnesses to examine all the works in the hearts of men.

Mitzvah N292: Numbers 35:12 Not killing a murderer without trial and conviction
v.12 “And the cities shall be unto you for refuge from the avenger, that the manslayer die not, until he stand before the congregation for judgment.”

The cities shall be unto you for refuge from the avenger:
The six cities (buildings/developments of the unity) of refuge (protection) from all the works of mortality (lawlessness) such as the avenging as evil for evil are for all the repentant ones (the former workers of ignorant/murders of mortality).  We were the workers of lawlessness in the six days of mortality and now are in His day of refuge (Shabbat).  The avenger is what is sown evilly that must be reaped, but we repent from the kingdom of revenge to His Kingdom (refuge) of freedom by His deliverance of us.

The manslayer die not:
1 Peter 4:15-16 "Make sure that none of you suffers as a murderer, or thief, or evildoer, or a troublesome meddler; but if anyone suffers as a follower of haMashiyach, he is not to be ashamed, but is to glorify Elohim in this name."; 1 John 3:15 "Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer; and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him."
We were the manslayers (workers of mortality/lawlessness) but with our repentance out of the kingdom of lawlessness (murder) by His deliverance of us into His Kingdom (refuge) of freedom protecting us from all the works of revenge.

Until he stand before the congregation for judgment:
Deut. 19:4-10 speaks of the case with the axe killing his friend unintentionally.  It lets you escape to the city of refuge where there is a Levitical priesthood.  It guards your innocence until the justice is made according to the law of Moshe. Heb 6:17-20"...we have fled for refuge in laying hold of the hope set before us.  This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, a hope both sure and steadfast and one which enters within the veil...."
Moshe is the example of the fear of guilt for his murder of the Egyptian (Exodus   2:11-15), so he fled to the place of refuge (the land of Midian).  He received justice and judgment in his heart.
1 Peter 4:12-19... verse 15 ”let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer.....”  These former acts of ignorance are removed from the heart of change.  1 John 3:15 “Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and you know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.”
Matt. 21:31 "...the publicans and the harlots go into the kingdom of Elohim before you (the chief priests and the elders of people)."  It tells that they are the true repentants after their former acts of ignorance/guilt, but the hard-hearted has no room for repentance.
Psalms 89:14 "Justice and judgment are the habitation of thy throne: mercy and truth shall go before thy face."  Proverbs 21:3 "To do justice and judgment is more acceptable to YHWH than sacrifice.  Justice and judgment correct the acts of foolishness in heart."  Sacrifice is for the pleasure of good works for those are purified in their hearts, prayers requests, praises, sings, etc.

Not killing a murderer without trial and conviction (N292):
We, that were the manslayers of mortality (lawlessness) for our works of guiltiness, but with our repentance, His trial is on our conversion (change) out of the works of ignorance (murder) that is a true conviction of our confession of works of foolishness.  Without trial (no repentance), there is a conviction of our hidden works of mortality (lawlessness), for all the fleshly minded are the manslayers of doing what is opposed to His Law of Life.  To murder (violate) the Law of Life is the work of death, but to repent (revert) from what was violated (murdered) is to restore us back to His Kingdom of Life.

Mitzvah N293: Deuteronomy 25:12 - Not to pity or spare the life of a pursuer
v.12 “then thou shalt cut off her hand, thine eye shall have no pity.”

Not to pity or spare the life or a pursuer (N293):
There is no work of Life in the kingdom of death, where there is no pity for all the fleshly minded who have no heart change.  The Kingdom of Life is fully forgiven for all the repentant ones out of the kingdom of no pity.  The pursuer is the worker of mortality (lawlessness) whose valuation of mortality is worthless and perishable without a pity (nothing to save).

Mitzvah N294:: Deuteronomy 22:26 - Not punishing a person for a sin committed under duress
v.26 “But unto the damsel thou shalt do nothing; there is not in the damsel a sin worthy of death; for as when a man riseth against his neighbor, and slayeth him, even so is this matter.”

Innocence:
Ps. 19:13 "Also keep back Your servant from presumptuous sins; Let them not rule over me; Then I will be  blameless, And I shall be acquitted of great transgression."; 26:6 "I shall wash my hands in innocence, And I will go about Your altar, O YHWH"; Dan. 6:22 "My Elohim sent His angel and shut the lions mouths and they have not harmed me, inasmuch as I was found innocent before Him; and also toward you, O king, I have committed no crime."
Rev. 14:5 "And no lie was found in their mouth; they are blameless."
Upon our repentance out of the kingdom of guiltiness where we were the workers of foolishness in what is opposed to His Law of Life, we are now in His Kingdom of innocence, for we are purified out of the works of uncleanness by His blood washing away our sins (works of lawlessness).

Unto the damsel thou shalt do nothing:
No mortal minded can do anything against the spirit of innocence (damsel) but it is his work of guiltiness for all the works of lawlessness to promote the fleshly lusts.  We, the children of innocence (damsel/sanctified servant) have His sufferings of the fleshly works of foolishness and cowardice in our sanctified hearts, for we serve Him in all the things of holiness.

There is not in the damsel a sin worthy of death:
Yahushua, the Messiah, was born in the flesh of damsel (spirit of innocence), for He was His chosen Son without a blemish (work of guiltiness).  He is without a sin worthy of death therefore He takes the sin of this world of mortality for all the repentant ones can be sanctified by His blood of purification out of the kingdom of death.

When a man riseth against his neighbor, and slayeth him:
The fleshly minded, who is the worker of lawlessness as what is opposed to love our neighbor, is the manslayer (hater) within the kingdom of hatred, therefore his sin is worthy of death, unless he repents out of the kingdom of murder (lawlessness).

So is this matter:
The matter is established for what is begun of every deed said shall be ended (performed), what is opposed in the sayings must be performed within its kingdom of opposition.  What is said purely must be performed in the Kingdom of purity and what is said impurely must be performed in the kingdom of impurity.  The fleshly minded does have the knowledge of mixed words that must be determined by their words of opposition.  We, the Spirit filled, are sanctified to separate ourselves from the opposing kingdom of lawlessness, and do His Law of purity.

Not punishing a person for a sin committed under duress (N294):
No Spirit filled shall be punished for any work of lawlessness provoked against him while being tested of his obedience to the Law of Life unless he falls into the trap of mortality (lawlessness).  The fleshly minded that do the opposition to His Law of Life shall be punished (measured) for their evil deeds unless they repent out of the kingdom of opposition.  Yahushua the Messiah is found no guile (without a sin/blemish) and has suffered our sin of lawlessness to die so we can be raised from the kingdom of death upon our repentance.

Mitzvah N295: Numbers 35:31 - Not accepting a ransom from an unwitting murderer
v.31 “Moreover ye shall take no ransom for the life of a murderer, that is guilty of death; but he shall surely be put to death.”

Murderer:
1 Peter 4:15 "Make sure that none of you suffers as a murderer, or thief, or evildoer, or a troublesome meddler."; 1 John 3:15 "Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer; and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him."
We were the murderers (doers of evil deeds) in the kingdom of ignorance, but with our repentance departing from the kingdom of mortality, we serve Him in holiness.  The fleshly minded are the murderers from the beginning of flesh (lawlessness) unless they want to end the works of murder by repenting to His Kingdom of freedom.

Ye shall take no ransom for the life of a murderer:
Yahushua the Messiah is our ransom (payment) for our sins (works of lawlessness) by our repentance out of the kingdom of murder (lawlessness).  No mortal minded can pay for the work of murder (hatred) except for the repentance thru His ransom (payment of purity) for our works of impurity.

That is guilty of death:
Any work of lawlessness is worthy guilty of death in which nothing lawless is rewarded when coming to His Kingdom of Life.  All the works of lawlessness (mortality) must be purified out before His Word of Life can come to the sanctified heart in preparing His Spirit of Life to perform what is commanded out of His Law of Life.  What the fleshly minded does the work of mortality is the work of death, for the work of mortality is within the cycle of death.

Not accepting a ransom from an unwitting murderer (N295):
His ransom (His death payment for our sins of lawlessness) is only accepted for those who repent out of the kingdom of murder (lawlessness).  No fleshly ransom (payment) can do his work of lawlessness (murder) as to do his self-righteous work.  What is evil belongs to the kingdom of evilness and what is good belongs to the Kingdom of goodness.  That is why we need His ransom (payment) for our sins (works of murder/mortality) to clean up before we can have our sanctified hearts to dwell in His Kingdom of goodness.

Mitzvah N296: Numbers 35:32 - Not accepting a ransom from a wilful murderer
v.32 “And ye shall take no ransom for him that is fled to his city of refuge, that he should come again to dwell in the land, until the death of the priest.”

Ye shall take no ransom for him that is fled to his city of refuge:
There is no ransom (payment) for his wrongdoing when the repentant one comes (flees) to His city of refuge (Kingdom of freedom) because Yahushua the Messiah has paid his sins (works of lawlessness) off by His blood of purification.  The fleshly minded does not have a ransom (payment) out of the kingdom of lawlessness but the Spirit filled does have His ransom out of the Kingdom of forgiveness.

He should come again to dwell in the land:
We were the children of lost (mortality) but with our repentance (fleeing) from the kingdom of lawlessness (murder/mortality), we come to His Kingdom (land) of freedom to dwell with His rescue of us.   Yahushua the Messiah came in the flesh looking for the lost ones (repentant ones) to find and bring back home, for those who believe in His Law of freedom are His servants of eternal Life.

Until the death of the priest:
No satisfaction is granted to the murderer for he is responsible for creating the act of stumbling block on the innocent.  What is sown wickedly shall be reaped back to the one who does the foolish acts.  Even David could not escape from his wrongdoing act of killing Uriah for his sex affairs with Bathsheva the wife of Uriah (1 Sam. 11-12) and received his punishment from YHWH.  Except for the repentance of the wrongdoing, it is the deed of death.  Yahushua our High priest's death burys our works of death to His crucifixion upon our repentance, so we become His living servants forever.
The guiltness is on his head for his foolish acts.  Do not let the foolishness reign over us if a fool is not punished.   James 2:10-12 “For whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles in one point, he has become guilty of all...."
Prov. 28:17 “A man that does violence to the blood of any person shall flee to the pit; let no man stay him.”  No one can escape from the punishment of his wrongdoing act, for every deed is returned back where it is begun.  Whether it is good or evil, it always returns back within its cycle of law of life/death.

Not accepting a ransom from a willful murderer (N296):
1 John 3:15 "Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer; and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him."
There is no ransom (payment for wrongdoing) for the unrepentant one (murderer/hater) to enter in His Kingdom of eternal Life unless his repentance (confession) of his lawless deeds is made to restore back to His Law of Life to obey.
