Vows [P92-P95]
Mitzvah P92: Numbers 6:5 - The Nazir (Nazirite) letting his hair grow during his separation
v.5 “All the days of the vow of his Naziriteship (there) shall no razor come upon his head; until the days be fulfilled, (in) which he consecrated (himself) to YHWH, he shall be holy, he shall let grow long the (locks of) hair of his head.”

Naziriteship:
The quality of being a Nazirite is fully measured by the fulfillment of all what is commanded of YHWH in all the tests of his obedience to His Law of Life without breaking any of his promised words to commit to the full.  Only the true Nazirite named Yahushua our Messiah has passed all what is commanded of His heavenly father while being tested by the adversary the father of lawlessness, so He, our Lamb the true overcomer, is worthy to receive His power and eternal glory.  We, the Spirit filled, are the followers of our true Nazirite who leaves us His footsteps of what he has done in his Naziriteship.

Razor:
Jud 13:5 “For, lo, thou shalt conceive, and bear a son; and no razor shall come on his head: for the child shall be a Nazarite unto Elohim from the womb: and he shall begin to deliver Yisrael out of the hand of the Philistines.”;  16:17 “...There hath not come a razor upon mine head; for I have been a Nazarite unto Elohim from my mother’s womb: If I be shaven, then my strength will go from me, and I shall become weak, and be like any other man.”; 1 Sam. 1:11 “And she vowed a vow, and said, O YHWH of hosts, if thou wilt indeed look on the affliction of thine handmaid, and remember me, and not forget thine handmaid, but wilt give unto thine handmaid a man child [Shmuel], then I will give him unto YHWH all the days of his life, and there shall no razor come upon his head.”
No razor (enemy) takes His chosen ones (the hairs) away from the head of Messiah our Nazirite, for we are the members of Body of Messiah.

The wicked cut off by His razor:
Ps. 52:2-4 “Why boastest thou thyself in mischief, O mighty man?  the goodness of Elohim endureth continually.  Thy tongue deviseth mischiefs; like a sharp razor, working deceitfully.  Thou lovest evil more than good; and lying rather than to speak righteousness.  Selah.  Thou lovest all devouring words, O thou deceitful tongue.  Elohim shall likewise destroy thee for ever, he shall take thee away, and pluck thee out of thy dwelling place, and root thee out of the land of the living.  Selah.”; Isa. 7:20 “In the same day shall YHWH shave with a razor that is hired, namely, by them beyond the river, by the king of Assyria, the head, and the hair of the feet: and it shall also consume the beard.”
The hairs of the wicked are the doers of fleshly works that shall be cut off at the end.  Their razors (fleshly works) are the tongues of wickedness against the righteous, but they cannot take His chosen ones away from the Kingdom of Light. James 3:5-6 “So the tongue also is a little member, and boasts great things. Behold, how much wood is kindled by how small a fire!  And the tongue is a fire: the world of iniquity among our members is the tongue, which defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the wheel of nature, and is set on fire by Gehenna.”

Hair:
Job 4:15 “Then a spirit passes before my face; the hair of my flesh stood up.”
Matt. 5:36 “Neither shalt thou swear by thy head, because thou canst not make one hair white or black.”; 10:28-30 “And be not afraid of them that kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: bur rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in Gehenna.  Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? And not one of them shall fall on the ground without your Father: but the very hairs of your head are all numbered.”; Luke 21:17-19 “And you shall be hated of all men for My name's sake.  And not a hair of your head shall perish.  In your patience you shall win your souls.”; John 11:2 “It was that Miryam which anointed the Rabbi with ointment, and wiped his feet with her hair, whose brother Lazarus was sick.)”; Acts 27: “...for there shall not a hair perish from the head of any of you.”; 1 Cor. 11:14-15 “Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him?  But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her: for her hair is given her for a coverning.” ; 1 Tim. 2:9; 1 Peter 3:3
Hair is known by its color like the whiteness means the eldership out of the knowledge of purity (whiteness) and various colors like brown, black, blonde, means the fleshly kingdom of colors (many spiritual youths) in the trials of their spiritual lives.  The very hairs (His chosen ones) of the head of Messiah are all numbered, not one of hairs shall be perished.  The head of Messiah is the Word, and we, the members of the body of Messiah, are the doers of the Word.  As to the encyclopedia, it is estimated as high as 150,000 scalp (head) hairs.  Intertestingly, it is regarding to 144,000 chosen ones of our Lamb in Rev. 7.
Let his hair grow: Let spiritual growth (hair) eternally.

The enemies are more than the hairs of mine head:
Ps. 40:12 “For innumerable evils have compassed me about: mine iniquities have taken hold upon me, so that I am not able to look up; they are more than the hairs of mine head: therefore my heart faileth me.”; 69:4-5 “They that hate me without a cause are more than the hairs of mine head: they that would destroy me, being mine enemies wrongfully, are mighty: then I restored that which I took not away.  O Elohim, thou knowest my foolishness; and my sins are not hid from thee.  Let not them that wait on thee, O YHWH Elohim of hosts, be ashamed for my sake: let not those that seek thee be confounded for my sake, O Elohim of Yisrael.”
The fleshly kingdoms (hairs/enemies) are many in this world than the chosen ones of His Kingdom.

All the days of the vow of his Naziriteship there shall no razor come upon his head:
The vow of your Naziriteship (promised quality of your commitment) is to do all what is commanded of YHWH during all the days of your spiritual maturity where there is no razor (cutting down/decrease) of your spiritual knowledge (head) that comes from the things of the Kingdom of Light.

Until the days are fulfilled:
The end of flesh or spiritual maturity.

Until the days be fulfilled, in which he consecrated himself to YHWH:
All the Spirit filled are first consecrated to YHWH by His purification of their former works of lawlessness upon their repentance, and then must do all the fulfillment of their spiritual work till the end of their fleshly lives.

He shall be holy:
The repentant one, who seek His sanctification to purify his former works of lawlessness, shall be holy for His Spirit of holiness dwells in his sanctified heart to follow what is all commanded of His Law of Life.
1 Peter 1:14-16 “As obedient children, do not be conformed to the former lusts which were yours in your ignorance, but like the Holy One who called you, be holy yourselves also in all your behavior; because it is written, “You shall be holy, for I am holy.”
Once you become holy, for the Holy Spirit dwells in your heart, it is your eternal gift to keep!

Locks:
Jud. 16:13-15 “And Delilah said to Samson, you have mocked me, and told me lies: tell me what you might be bound. And he said to her, If you weave the seven locks of my head with the web...”; 16:19-20 “And she made him sleep upon her knees; and she called for a man, and shaved off the seven locks of his head; and she began to afflict him, and his strength went from him.  And she said, The Philistines are upon you, Samson. And he awoke out of his sleep, and said, I will go out as at other times, and shake myself free. But he did not know that YHWH had departed from him.”; Song 5:2 “I was asleep, but my heart awoke: It is the voice of my beloved that knocks, saying, Open to me, my sister, my love, my dove, my undefiled; For my head is filled with dew, my locks with the drops of the night.”; 5:11 “His head is as the most fine gold; His locks are bushy, and black as a raven.”; Isa 47:2; Eze. 44:20
The locks of the hair of his head grow long: Strengths of spiritual growth of Holy Spirit dwelling in heart (branches of Tree of Life) endurably against the works of ignorance.
Seven locks indicates 7 (Seven) times stronger (blessed) because of the purity in heart and of obedience to His commandments of Life.  See other examples of verses below:
Job 5:17-20 “Behold, how happy is the man whom Elohim reproves, so do not despise the discipline of the Almight.  For He inflicts pain, and gives relief; He wounds, and His hands also heal.  From six troubles He will deliver you.  Even in seven evil will not touch you.  In famine He will redeem you from death, and in the war from the power of the sword.”  (You may read chapter 5 of Job about His strength in the purity of heart); Ps. 12:6 “The words of YHWH are pure words; as silver tried in a furnace on the earth, refined seven times.”; 119:164-168 “Seven times a day I praise Thee, because of Thy righteous ordinances.  Those who love Thy law have great peace, and nothing causes them to stumble.  I hope for Thy salvation, O YHWH, and do Thy commandments.  My soul keeps Thy testimonies, and I love them exceedingly.  I keep Thy precepts and Thy testimonies.  For all my ways are before Thee.”
Opposition to the 7 times blessed in the heart of purity: (Seven times cursings in heart of impurity): Prov. 6:16-19 “There are six things which YHWH hates, Yes, seven which are an abomination to Him: Haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked plans.  Feet that run rapidly to evil.  A false witness who utters lies, and one who spreads strife among brothers.”  (Matt. 12:45) "Seven other spirits more wicked than itself...."

Locks of hair:
The locks (His spiritual powers [7 times]) of hair (sanctified member of Messiah) cannot be broken by any work of lawlessness. The hair is imperishable (your sanctified life) according to Matt. 10:28-30 in which it means it is sanctified wholly in your spiritual life, not one member of the Body of Messiah is subjected to the failure that is controlled by the fleshly work.

Law of the Nazirite/Nazrene:
Num. 6:2-21 “Speak to the children of Yisrael, and say to them, when either man or woman shall make a special vow, the vow of a Nazirte, to separate himself to YHWH.... 13 And this is the law of the Nazir, when the days of his separation are fulfilled: he shall be brought to the door of the tent of meeting...”
Matt. 2:20-23 “...and came and dwelt in a city called Nazareth; that it might be fulfilled which was spoken through the prophets, that he should be called a Nazirte.”
A follower of Yahushua the Nazirite is a spiritual Nazirite when pure in heart.

His separation (Naziriteship):
Separate from the works of uncleanness/ignorance.  The spiritual birth is separated from the fleshly/dead works of old man.

He shall let grow long the locks of hair of his head:
The Spirit filled shall let his spiritual maturity grow long (endures) where His imperishable Spirit of sanctification (locks of hair) of his knowledge received from the Kingdom of Life to its full.
He, the follower of our Nazirite Yahushua, has the Holy Spirit which is seven times stronger than the former spirit who was dwelling in his flesh life before his spiritual birth.  The Holy Spirit is likened the seven locks (blessings) of hair (spiritual growth) on his head (knowledge of good).

The Nazir (Nazirite) letting his hair grow during his separation (P92):
The true servant of His holiness (Nazirite) who commits to his vow of promised words made, endures his spiritual growth (hair grow) during his separation from the works of lawlessness that he formerly performed in the kingdom of ignorance when he comes to understand His Law of Life that separates the two opposing kingdoms (powers) such as Light vs. darkness, Life vs. death, love vs. hatred, honesty vs. dishonesty.

Mitzvah P93: Numbers 6:18 - The Nazir (Nazirite) completing vow shaves his head & brings sacrifice
v.18 “And the Nazirite shall shave, (at) the door of the tent of meeting the head of his consecration and he shall take the hair of the head of his consecration and put it on the fire which is under the sacrifice of peace-offerings.”

Nazirite:
The true Nazirite is the servant faithfully in committing to all what is commanded of YHWH to pass all the tests against the works of lawlessness presented by the adversary (Satan) the father of lies.  The false Nazirite is the fleshly minded (the wolf covering the clothing of sheep) who does not do all or annuls one of those of what is commanded of His Law of Life.  To do all of His commandments to fulfill your Naziriteship is measured highly in your spiritual level in His Kingdom of Light, otherwise if one or more of His commandments is annulled to do, it is measured somewhat low (least) in His Kingdom. Matt. 5:19 “Whoever then annuls one of the least of these commandments, and teaches others to do the same, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever keeps and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.”

Shaving:
The shaving is illuminated to harvest (shave all) what is your spiritual production at the end of your fleshly expiration which is measured of what your spiritual valuation is in His Kingdom of Light.  To shave the hair which is of the fleshly (perishable) works is to repent your works of lawlessness.  To shave the hair which is of the spiritual (imperishable) works is to reap (harvest) your spiritual production which is measured of your spiritual valuation in His Kingdom of Life.

Shaving for vows or sanctification or spiritual production at the end of flesh:
Gen. 41:14 “Then Pharoah sent and called Yoseph, and they brought him hastily out of the dungeon: and he shaved himself, and changed his raiment, and came in unto Pharaoh.”; Eze. 44:20 “Neither shall they shave their heads, nor suffer their locks to grow long; they shall only poll their heads.”
Acts 21:23-24 “ Do therefore this that we say to thee: We have four men which have a vow on them; Them take, and purify thyself with them, and be at charges with them, that they may shave their heads...”
Shaves his head: harvest the spiritual production (at the end of flesh): Separate from the works of righteousness from the works of fleshness at the end of fleshly life or harvest time of Sukkot (Feast of Tabernacles).  Notice: It speaks of head hairs, not beard hairs which indicate the roots of the spiritual production.  The hairs at the end of flesh are the chosen ones of Messiah are at the harvest time of His coming.

Shaving when unclean or in grief:
Lev. 13:33 “He shall be shaven, but the scall shall he not shave; and the priest shall shut up him that hath the scall seven days more.”; Num. 6:9-12 “And if any man die very suddenly by him, and he hath defiled the head of his consecration; then he shall shave his head in the day of cleansing, on the seventh day shall he shave it...”; 8:7 “And thus shalt thou do unto them, to cleanse them: Sprinkle water of purifying upon them, and let them shave all their flesh, and let them wash their clothes, and so make themselves clean.”; 2 Sam. 10:4-5 “Wherefore Hanun took David’s servants, and shaved off the one half of their beards, and cut off their garments in the middle, even to their buttocks, and sent them away.  When they told it unto David, he sent to meet them, because the men were greatly ashamed: and the king said, Tarry at Yericho unto your beards be grown, and then return.”; Job 1:20 “Then Job arose, and rent his mantle, and shaved his head, and fell down upon the ground and worshipped.”
Shaving his head is to purge the fleshly works (uncleanness, shamefulness, foolishness) to order to restore to grow the hair to the work of cleanness or purity.

The Nazirite shall shave, at the door of the tent of meeting:
His spiritual production, out of the Nazirite (Spirit filled) that is committed to do all what is commanded of His Law of Life that has been tested against the works of lawlessness, is shaved (harvested) at the Door (Yahushua our Messiah) of the Kingdom of all production (harvest) when approved according to his spiritual works.

The head of his consecration:
The head (knowledge of His Righteousness given to him) is consecrated at the beginning of his spiritual life.

He shall take the hair of the head of his consecration:
The repentant one, out of the lawless nations (kingdoms where all the knowledge comes from the words of impurity), takes the hair (imperishable sanctification of his spiritual life) where he is consecrated by His blood washing away his former works of lawlessness.  Shaving off the hair (lawless production) which is perishable out of the fleshly or impure words at the time of your repentance for your new spiritual life.

Completing vow:
The completion of his spiritual growth (at the end of flesh or until the days [full grown] of flesh are fulfilled).  The vow is the spiritual birth after the law of purification or repentance, with the baptism of Holy Spirit (new hair growth).

Putting in on the fire:
Purification of the works of the spiritual production after the separation of the fleshly/dead works (at the end of fleshly life).

Put it on the fire which is under the sacrifice of peace-offerings:
Your spiritual production (sanctified hair growth) out of what is inside is put in His consumed fire when examined for your valuation in His Kingdom of Life, for you are His living sacrifice while in pursuing His knowledge of good things peacefully (unselfishly) to share with those who hungry for His Word of Life.

The Nazir (Nazirite) completing vow shaves his head & brings sacrifice (P93):
The Spirit filled (Nazirite) is to complete his spiritual performance according to his promised (vowed) words committed to fulfill all what is commanded of His Law of Life, where the shaving (spiritual harvest) is performed at the end of what your spiritual production comes out of your commitment to His Law of Life, while you are His living sacrifice daily.

Mitzvah P94: Deuteronomy 23:24 - On that a man must honor his oral vows and oaths
v.24 “That which is gone out of thy lips thou shalt observe and do; according as thou hast vowed unto YHWH Eloheyak (your El) freely, even that which thou hast promised with thy mouth.” (v23)

Observation:
All the observations (performances) are witnessed (judged) once the words are spoken out of the lips whether they are good or evil, for what is sown shall be reaped.  Every spoken word vowed (planned) is to be perform in the fulfillment to the vow made.  Many vows coming out of good words and evil words spoken out of the mouths must be performed to fulfill them, for the good tree produces good fruits and the evil tree produces evil fruits.  Gal. 5:19-23.

That which is gone out of thy lips thou shalt observe and do:
Whether the spoken words, which come out of your mouths (lips), are of His goodness or evil, you are your own witness (observer) and do according to what they are spoken, as to the Law of sowing and reaping.

Truthfulness:
Prov. 12:19 “The lip of truth shall be established for ever: but a lying tongue is but for a moment.”; Zech. 8:16 “These are the things that ye shall do: Speak ye every man the truth in his neighbour; execute the judgment of truth and peace in your gates.”; Mal. 2:6 “The law of truth was in his mouth and iniquity was not found in his lips:: he walked with me in peace and equity, and did turn many away from iniquity.”
John:8:3132 “Yahushua therefore said to those Jews that had believed Him, If you remain in My word, then are you truly My disciples; and you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”; Eph. 4:25 “Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another.”; 6:14 “Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness.”
Speaking of the truth out of your heart shall make you free of all iniquities.

According as thou hast vowed unto YHWH Eloheyak (your El) freely:
All the vows (promised words) are freely made whether the words spoken out of their mouths are good or evil, for all are judged according to the Law of Life as YHWH sees all the hearts (performances) of men who make the vows as to the Law of sowing and reaping.  Only the Spirit filled makes his vow according to His Word of Life that has sanctified his heart and does it according to the words of purity.  All the fleshly minded make their vows according to the words of impurity that produce the acts of impurity.

Which thou hast promised with thy mouth:
All the promised words spoken out of your mouth must be performed whether they are of righteousness or wickedness.  All the fleshly minded listen to the words of impurity and do them accordingly, but the Spirit filled listen to the Word of purity and do it.  Matt. 7:24-27 “Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts on them, may be compared to a wise man who built his house on the rock.  And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and slammed against that house; and yet it did not fall, for it had been founded on the rock.  Everyone who hears these words of Mine and does not act on them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand.  The rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and slammed against that house; and it fell and great was its fall.”

On that a man must honor his oral vows and oaths (P94):
All men, whether are of their fleshly (impure) works or of their spiritual (pure) works of YHWH, must perform (honor) what their vows (promised words) out of their mouths are made, as to the Law of sowing and reaping.

Mitzvah P95: Numbers 30:3 - On that a judge can annul vows, only according to Torah
v.3 “When a man vow a vow unto YHWH, or sweareth an oath to bind with a bond (upon) his soul, he shall not break his word; according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth he shall do.”

When a man vow a vow unto YHWH:
The Spirit minded first knows his sanctification to free all the words of impurity when coming to make his vow (promised words) which must be examined according to its validity where the words made at the beginning must be agreed with its performance/act at the end as to the cycle of validity.  Those of their fleshly (impure) works start with the words of impurity and ends with the acts of impurity.

Bonding:
What is spoken out of your mouth is bonded to perform accordingly.   Every word (the work of sowing) is a bonding to perform its act (the work of reaping) whether it is good or evil.

Sweareth an oath to bind with a bond upon his soul:
To make (swear) your vow (oath) of promised words spoken out of your mouth is agreed word for word where all are bonded to your soul (doer), once you know what your oath of promised words does at the beginning where your performance comes at the end according to your oath, as to the Law of sowing and reaping.

Word:
The Word of purity is illuminated as the seed of Life that produces all what is good in His sight.  All the words which are of impurity produce all what is evil in His sight.  No fleshly minded that makes his self-righteous words can earn his place in His Kingdom of purity unless he repents his works of lawlessness which come out of his words of impurity and receives His sanctification in order to begin with His Word of purity where he can produce the spiritual things out of His Word of Life that earn his place in His Kingdom of purity.  John 1:1-5 speaks of His Word of Light where all men repent out of their works of darkness and come to His Kingdom of Light.

He shall not break his word:
Once the Spirit filled is sanctified by His Word of Light, he cannot break his vow of obeying His eternal Law of Light that separates him from all the works of lawlessness, otherwise he has no hope for his repentance again (Heb. 6:4-6).  All the fleshly minded that die vainly having no repentance in their hearts have no hope for the eternal life obtained from YHWH the Father of Light, therefore it is no excuse (Rom. 1:20) for all the humankind who have witnessed all the opposing forces on the earth such as Light vs. dark, Life vs. death, love vs. hatred, so they should know the works of purity live eternally and the works of impurity do not.
Once he makes his word he shall do according to it.  Every word is tested in his mouth whether he follows his word or not.  All words of impurity shall perish the way of fleshly minded who speak out of his mouth, but the Word of purity shall succeed in the way of Spirit minded who speak of His Word of purity.   Encourage those who are hungry to learn the words of wisdom, not discourage or prevent them in the way of their lives from eating the spiritual Manna.  Whatever he sows the word he shall reap it back, whether it is good or evil.

According to all that proceedeth out of his mouth he shall do:
All the words whether they are of purity (goodness) or of impurity (evilness) must be proceeded out of their mouths as they do the acts according to the words spoken.  When all the fleshly minded speak the words of impurity, they do the acts of impurity, but for the Spirit filled, we do His Word of purity out of all what is commanded of YHWH as His Spirit of purity performs it accordingly.
Matt. 15:18-20 “But the things that proceed out of the mouth come from the heart, and those defile the man.  For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, slanders.  These are the things which defile the man; but to eat with unwashed hands does not defile the man.”
Every word spoken out of man’s mouth is tested whether it is the Word of purity or the word of impurity.  If the word of righteousness is spoken out of his mouth, it shall succeed because it comes out of the Word of Life, but if the word of wickedness is spoken out of his mouth, it shall perish because it comes out of the word of impurity that grows in the knowledge of good and evil among the fleshly minded.  Let every one deny his knowledge of good and evil which is the work of repentance before he can be prepared for the baptism of Holy Spirit for the acknowledging of His Knowledge of Good.

Annul vows:
The cancellation of vow when breaking the commandment of YHWH or lack of spiritual understanding when anyone makes a vow.  Making the vow (do His words/commandments) and to pay the vow (keep His words in heart) as it is holy to YHWH.  It is like to do His will faithfully.

Truth vs. Falsehood:
Matt 22:21 He said to them, “Then render to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s; and to Elohim the things that are Elohim’s.”  Do not let the truth be mixed with the falsehood!  John 8:55...if I say that I do not know Him, I shall be a liar like you, but I do know Him, and keep His word.  Matt 23:3 speaking of the Pharisees: “...all that they tell you, do and observe, but do not do according to their deeds; for they say things, and do not do them.”  Matt 12:33-36 “...good man out of his good treasure bring forth what is good; and the evil man out of his evil treasures bring forth what is evil....”
Every deed shall be judged according to his work.  Faithfulness in all what is given to you from the Holy One is pure.  Do not be alternated by man’s thoughts or words of filthiness for you are tested of your faithfulness as to purge your heart from all impurity.  Do what is right or pleasure in His sight with all your heart in purity.

On that a judge can annul vows, only according to Torah (P95):
Once you know what words you make (vow) are invalid (lawless) to His Law of Life, you may repent of your works of lawlessness so the vowed words can be annulled when not coming to its acts of lawlessness otherwise you are what you make the vow of lawlessness as to be under law (punishment for your violation of His Law).  Our true judge (Yahushua our Messiah) knows all the hearts of men who make the vowed words and do them.
